The Department of Physics and Astronomical Science, Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), Dharamshala, and the Inter University Center for
Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) is jointly organising a (National level) School on Gravitation and Astroparticle Physics, as a part of the celebration of 100 years of general relativity. The School will be held from 29th February, 2016 to 12th March, 2016 and the venue of the School will be CUHP at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh (please see the attached poster).
The first week of the School (from 29th February, 2016 to 5th March, 2016) will focus on advanced theoretical techniques in general relativity and gravity waves/numerical relativity, while the next week will be on cosmology and astroparticle physics. Final year M.Sc. students and begining Ph.D. students may find the proccedings of this school useful for their study and research.
